Nope, I never use median filter because its way to "brute-force". I use a density estimating filter instead. If this still can be called raw under all circumstances is out of my busines, I think it is raw
hmmmm it looks really blurring and detail-removing but still edge-preserving, totally identical to a median filter... post processing doesn't bother me "ideologically", but it just looks so much like a median filter that i had to ask about that "raw"ness
Yes, I understand, and I like such kind of questions. And I must say that I'm not really satisfied with this image. But it was one of my first renders using the new plugins. So it is more intended as example. The DE filter is also jut a prototype, had not the time to get it "right".
